Until
the time of Marlon Brandos death, the Island of Tetiaroa
had but one choice of lodging avialable: Owned
by Marlon Brando, it was called simply Tetiaroa Village. Its 13 Palm thatched
"fares" and bungalows were equipped with rather basic but clean
amenities.
From
there you could participate in the activities Tetiaroa offered: Swimming,
snorkeling, windsurfing, relaxing, and an excursion by boat across the
lagoon to the bird sanctuary.
But its closed now. As far as we know, there are NO accomodations currently available on the island of Tetiaroa.
